Matt hooked me up with a free rib eye to try while they were set up at the SIP Nebraska festival. I cooked it 2 days later and though GOOD GOD…this is phenomenal!!! Later I decided to purchase a quarter through upstream farms, and let me tell you I am very satisfied. Even the lower quality cuts of steak taste amazing! And the burger…well you can imagine how great it is. The guys are great and easy to work with, and their product of fantastic. If your looking for a new beef supplier for your deep freezer, definitely go to Upstream Farms!!!
