What makes our beef share program unique?

Traditionally, purchasing a beef share from a farmer meant not only finding a farmer with beef to sell, but booking a butcher appointment 8-12 months in advance, navigating confusing weights, cutting instruction and butchering fees, as well as traveling hours to pick up your beef with whatever coolers you had available. While we commend anyone willing to go to these lengths to support local, we as your personal farmers believe this complicated process is no way to build a relationship. That is why we have streamlined the process of buying farm fresh Nebraska Beef. Outlined below is how our customers have been purchasing from our farm since 2016.

1. Choose Your Bulk Order

Look through the cuts, quantities, and prices listed below to decide which option is the best for you. While there is no bad option when it comes to a freezer full of Upstream Beef, if you are not needing a full beef, finding friends to split a full beef with is by far the most cost effective and highest value option we have available. If you are not able to find friends to share with, we are always happy to deliver whatever option fits you best!

2. Send Your Order Request

Nothing makes Matt happier than to see your order pop up in his inbox. Matt will get some general information from you such as a phone number and delivery address as well as answer any questions you may have! At Upstream, it’s important to us that you feel 100% comfortable with your order. No question is a dumb question! 3. Schedule A Delivery

It’s important to us that you don’t have to wait too long to receive your order once it’s placed. With year round processing and expanded on farm storage, you will not have to wait longer than two weeks from the day you order the day you receive your beef. We will work with your schedule to find a delivery date and time most convenient for you.

4. Meet Us at Your Home for Delivery

When your highly anticipated delivery date finally arrives, we will meet you at your home to get your beef to your freezer. Once the beef is neatly packed away, you are welcome to pay for your order with a check, cash, or card- whatever is most convenient for you!

5. Enjoy Our Premium, Nutrient Dense, Farm to Table Beef

Whether it is a tender pot roast on a cold Nebraska night, or mouth watering steaks on the grill in the summer, our all-natural beef will be just a short walk to your freezer away.
